When you purchase access to a live event or pay-per-view stream:
You will receive a secure viewing link or login credentials via email.
Streams are intended for personal use only and must not be recorded, rebroadcasted, or shared publicly.
Access is valid only for the specific event and time purchased.
To ensure the best viewing experience, viewers should:
Use a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended).
Watch on a modern device (computer, smartphone, smart TV) with updated browser/software.
Avoid streaming over public or unstable Wi-Fi networks.
We are not responsible for:
User device issues
Internet connectivity problems on the viewer’s side
Viewer failure to join the stream on time
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Missed events due to user availability or timezone confusion
Inability to access the stream due to poor internet or device compatibility
User error (e.g., wrong email address entered during checkout)
We may issue a refund or credit only if:
The livestream fails to launch due to Flash Media Sports’ technical error
The event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer
You contact us within 24 hours of the event with proof of an issue originating from our platform
